Julian has been awarded a Presidential Scholarship at BI due to his excellent academic achievements, where he is currently finishing his MSc in Business with a major in Leadership and Change. As a result, he is up to date on the latest research and best practices in the field of innovation and change.

His experience as a digital marketing consultant for a start-up company, combined with his IT skills, including data analysis and coding, makes him well-equipped to navigate the evolving digital landscape we live in today.

Julian grew up in Italy and moved to Norway at the age of 18. His multicultural background contributes to a broad and creative approach to problem- solving, essential in innovation. He is committed to exploring all avenues to find the best solutions for his clients.

Furthermore, Julian`s experience as class representative, as BI Ambassador, and as Chief Communication Officer in the BISO Seafood student organization during his studies has enhanced his project, communication, and creativity skills.
