I loved having my Erasmus+ internship at Vinco! Vinco is a really agile, and of course, innovative company where every employee and intern can challenge themselves and experiment. Furthermore, the company is very international with employees from various cultures and backgrounds. Thus, it’s a perfect place for an international student to get professional but also cultural experience abroad.

I had the opportunity of taking care of the company’s marketing and communication in my internship. Getting this much responsibility as an intern was definitely an experience of personal and professional growth for me! Thus, I would warmly encourage any fan of challenging themself to apply to this internship opportunity.

In fall 2022, I knew I wanted to move to Bergen and have an internship there. I was lucky to find Vinco through a personal contact. Shortly after, I reached out to Solène, the amazing project manager of Vinco. She encouraged me to send an open application and that’s how the process started. Barbara reached out to me, and we had an interview. I found the recruitment process very smooth and flexible. Altogether, I can highly recommend every international student to apply for an Erasmus+ internship at Vinco!

What is Erasmus+

The Erasmus+ traineeship program is an initiative by the European Union that enables students and young professionals to partake in practical experiences at international organizations, companies, or institutions. Through these traineeships, participants engage in skill-building, cross-cultural interactions, and personal development, all while contributing their energy to new environments.

Who can apply?

The Erasmus+ traineeship program welcomes students and recent graduates from diverse fields who are eager to broaden their horizons through experiential learning. Eligibility varies by institution, but generally includes undergraduate and postgraduate students, providing an invaluable chance to enhance skills, cultural competence, and global perspectives.

Students registered in a higher education institution (HEI) in an EU Member State, or a third country associated to the Programme or a third country not associated to the Programme, and enrolled in studies leading to a recognised degree or another recognised tertiary level qualification (up to and including the level of doctorate) can apply. Eligibility criteria

Erasmus+ traineeships are open to any student enrolled in a higher education institution holding an Erasmus+ Charter for Higher Education.

The traineeship must be relevant for the degree-related learning and personal development needs and, wherever possible, be integrated in the study programme.
